The fuselage is a welded combined fuselage, and adopts high-strength pull rod hydraulic preloading, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation, with good overall rigidity and high forging accuracy. Wide body double point integral connecting rod and extended guide rail design, strong anti eccentric load capacity, can be set in multiple stations;

It has side window, can feed material horizontally, and can realize multi position automatic forging with stepping manipulator, with high forging automation degree;

It adopts four corners and eight sides guide rail, which has strong anti bias load capacity, high guide precision and good running stability of slide;

The closing height is adjusted by the eccentric pin in the slider, which is stable and reliable;

The clutch and brake designed with floating insert type friction block have simple and reliable structure and convenient maintenance, and adopt tooth guide, with high action precision of brake and clutch, low brake clutch noise and longer service life of friction block; the brake has efficient heat dissipation system and small temperature rise of brake, which can realize high-speed single operation;

The control system integrates air pressure monitoring, shaft temperature monitoring, lubrication monitoring, fault display, eccentric shaft speed angle monitoring, etc., with high degree of automation; equipped with touch screen, it can flexibly adjust various parameters.
